This year baseball in Templeton promises to be exciting. Templeton Youth Baseball League ( TYBL) puts the control in the hands of the Templeton community in order to provide a comprehensive program that will peak
Your child will enjoy success as they grow through TYBL. Four divisions will help build your players skills progressively and ultimately leading to the top division, Babe Ruth. At the Babe Ruth level your player will experience real major league baseball rules and get to play teams from the surrounding areas right here in Templeton.
All kids are encouraged to improve themselves and challenge themselves regardless of their experience, skill level and athletic ability.
TYBL's four divisions are:
- Coach Pitch 6-8 years of age

Minors 9-10 years of age
- Majors 11-12 years of age

Babe Ruth 13 to 16 years of age *note planning for 2011 season in Templeton. 2010 will be referred to Atascadero Babe Ruth where Templeton kids have been participating in Babe Ruth for the last 10 years.
Your child may play up one division if they and you so desire and a skill test confirms your players abilities. In addition to games in our own league, we expect to schedule games with Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo and Five Cities. Travel will be minimal with most games versus other leagues taking place in Templeton.
